JTA, Agriculture: 1

Minimum Requirements:

• Technical SLC ( JTA in Agriculture)
• 3 years experience in organic farming or agriculture technique.
• Able to discover, investigate & make successive plans and policies of agriculture
• Good oral and written communication skills in Both English and Nepali
• Should have a good knowledge of MS Office Packages   

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Proper management of the farmhouse
• Provide technical support to farmers on organic vegetables and other crops production and marketing.
• Assist target production groups to keep proper record of their production as well as implementation of action plan for regular visits to different agriculture groups
• Proper documentation of the progress activities of our farm and our farmer's circle
• Facilitates implementation of community activities in projected areas.
• Farmer's group formation and training (modern agriculture technology) in the potential area all over Nepal.
• Research and record the performance of new seeds, new organic fertilizers, and so on in different climate zone.
• Proper demonstration of our product (IP Agro Liquid and seeds) for our agriculture expansion
• Motivates target farmers group to get organized into savings and credit organized (S C Os) and societies.
