KFA is contributing in the areas of Education, Training & Consulting for last 16 years.

KFA Consulting, is a subsidiary of KFA, has signed a Contract with "Evolution Trading Private Limited", a leading Distribution Company of electronic products in Nepal, for managing its "HR Department". In this regard, KFA is looking to hire "Officer HR" to be deputed in Evolution. Successful candidate will be in KFA's payroll.

KFA seeks application from highly competent, energetic, and self-motivated individuals with following criteria:

Desired qualification - Management graduates (Preference will be given to those specialized in Human Resource)

Desired experience : 3 or more years of experience in handing HR matters

Specific requirements:

• Able to work closely with various departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
• Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates;
• Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;
• Assist the progress of job planning and performance management & Appraisal System;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
