Job Description

 Required qualifications and experiences

  1. An advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) business administration, accounting or economics or a related field.
  2. At least 8 years of work experience in the field of human resources management, administration and procurement functions with five years in an international organisations.
  3. Good interpersonal, communicating and negotiation skills.
  4. Good knowledge of and experience with drafting of admin manual and setting up an effective and efficient admin procedures;
  5. Knowledge and understanding of the gender equality and social inclusion mainstreaming·        
  6. Experience of providing on-the-job coaching and mentoring to staff
  7. Knowledge of managing IT, including electronic archiving
  8. Work experience from international organisations would be a strong asset
  9. Proficiency in oral and written English and Nepali
  10. Ability to work in team, and to delegate and motivate
