Leadership & liaison skills
Performs the role of "Standard Bearer", ensuring that each criteria in Da Yatra Courtyard's mission statement are communicated, understood and achieved by Hotel staff
Responsible for hiring, training, motivating & setting seasoned/ cultured employees
Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotel and management
Prepare a monthly financial reporting for the owner & stakeholders
Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved
Maximize Room Yield & hotel revenue through innovative sales practices & yield management programs
Responsible for managing the hotel management team (HOD's) & overall hotel target to deliver an excellent guest experience
Maintains & exceeds product and service quality by applying TQM
Closely monitor the hotel business reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly
