Executive Manager (1)
Essential qualifications:

Have passed Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline. Masters degree is preferred.

Have good command over use of both spoken and written English. Use of local language would be an added value.

Committed to work with the community based organizations.

Have two years experiences in the related field.
Major responsibilities:
-
Execute decisions of the executive committee (EC) and support it to monitor programme activities.

Manage and oversee the overall activities of the organization.

Communicate and co-ordinate with partner organizations and other stakeholders.

Mobilize staff members and monitor their performances.
-
Lead to prepare overall organizational development plan including human resource development and implement it.

Prepare reports and submit to the executive committee and other related stakeholders.
