Essential qualifications:

• Have passed Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline. Masters degree is preferred.
• Have good command over use of both spoken and written English. Use of local language would be an added value.
• Committed to work with the community based organizations.
• Have two years experiences in the related field.
   

Major responsibilities:

• Execute decisions of the executive committee (EC) and support it to monitor programme activities.
• Manage and oversee the overall activities of the organization.
• Communicate and co-ordinate with partner organizations and other stakeholders.
• Mobilize staff members and monitor their performances.
• Lead to prepare overall organizational development plan including human resource development and implement it.
• Prepare reports and submit to the executive committee and other related stakeholders.
