Job Description

This position requires native Nepali language skills in both writing and speaking and it is basically focused for local people of Nepal

 

Main responsibility areas:

  • Process ownership and governance like change management, incident management, crisis management, disaster management, emergency management.
  • Responsible for supporting and developing standard processes and for ensuring adoption and uniformity.
  • Identify, implement and /or integrate technologies needed to automate the new process.
  • Ascertain that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt response analysis, documentation and follow up the implementation.
  • Ensure incident/change/crisis management SLA’s/OLA are being met along with other contractual customer obligations for support.
  • Responsible for the process of managing the lifecycle of all incidents, changes, crisis and minimizing adverse impact on business by ensuring agreed levels of service quality.

Your qualification and experience:

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering.
  • 3 years of working experience in telecommunication sector.
  • Proven experience in building a process repository and defining centrally driven governance.
  • Previous experience within incident and change. Problem management roles and knowledge of ITIL principles are essential.
  • Experience in the similar field will be an advantage.

 

Your profile:

  • Ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with related partners both in English and Nepali.
  • Good analyzing, problem solving and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work well during pressure/in deadline-driven environment.
  • Delivery of quality work and creativity.
  • Must possess organizing skills, excellent communication skills and demonstrate problem solving skills.
  • Basic Understanding of Six Sigma methodology.
  • ITIL Process Certification preferred.
  • Project Management Institute Certification preferred.
  • Middle to advance knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Processes will be an added advantage.
