Ensure that the right products are delivered to the right place on time and in the most cost-efficient way possible
Supervise the distribution of all the circulations of the publishing house
Hiring and allocating vehicles for transportation, coordinating with retailers and press personnel regarding transportation of published work
Allocating travel routes to drivers in various regions, ensuring timely and secure delivery of stationery, being solely responsible for the transportation and other tasks assigned by the line manager
Overlooking our distribution chain involving over 200 employees to guarantee delivery of products on time every morning
Minimizing any complain regarding distribution service, and prepare reports daily for the management
Requirements:
Graduate in business administration/management
Five years of proven experience in Product Distribution
Sound knowledge of mapping and cost cutting
Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibility effectively at all levels of the organization
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Would be given priority to those who can possess their own vehicle
