Be up-to-date on the global as well as Nepal-related trends in the digital media - content and social media - in order to formulate necessary strategies to produce relevant content and increase social media visibility of the network.
Understand the company's vision in terms of the content, audience reach, promotional plan and brand standing in the market and bring it to practice.
Stay current on social media practices and emerging trends; advise the social media team in order to strategize.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that promotional and marketing campaigns are in sync with the trends in market.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a digital strategist
Hands on experience using digital platforms effectively
Well versed in online metrics such as Google Analytics, Chartbeat, CrowdTangle, Facebook Insights, YouTube Analytics, etc.
Working knowledge of Content Management Systems, Basic HTML, live stream technology
Experience with strategic plan execution and accountability
Excellent multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Should have excellent multitasking skills to handle all of our social media accounts in a cohesive way
