Job Description

• Master's Degree in Management or Economics from a recognized university with First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4 or possesses professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA. The candidate requires thorough understanding of Nepalese capital market and its regulations, securities trading process, banking procedures and financial statement analysis. The candidate should possess at least 5 Years Managerial Level working experience in Merchant Banking/Banking/ Finance's sector with excellent Interpersonal skills, Leadership skills & Managerial skills. The candidate should be capable to gather capital market related information, monitor economic and industry trends formulate investment strategy and allocate investment properly and explore new opportunities of business under corporate advisory services including Private Equity & Venture Capital. Age should not exceed 45 years.
