Country Representative (Project Director), Population Media Center-Nepal

Population Media Center (PMC) is seeking applications from qualified and experienced candidates for a position as country representative (project director) for a three-year project funded by various international agencies. The project includes a social-content radio serial drama addressing issues of child marriage, reproductive health, nutritional diversity, safe motherhood, and women’s status.

Qualifications

• Masters’ in public health, communication, social sciences, or related field.
• AT least 10 years’ experience in project management at a senior level, preferably in health or similar field.
• Experience in health communication or communication for development.
• Experience with radio programs would be strongly desired.
• Knowledge of the Nepali health system is a plus.
• Demonstrable commitment to reproductive health and related social and health goals.
• Good mastery of English.
