Required Key Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

M.Sc.- Construction Mgmt/Structural or BE Civil with MBA from a reputed university.

Minimum 20 years of comprehensive experience in overall management of real estate companies. Must have completed at least two big projects as a Project Leader.

Ability in project management and in developing project plans, coordinate projects, communicate changes and progress, complete projects in time and budget, manage project team activities.

Experience in estimating projects, negotiating fees, building and managing budgets & schedules.

Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.

Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.

Strategic Management skills (Planning, Financial, Analysis, Business development) are required.

Must be Dedicated and Committed towards achieving Annual Target given by the management

Good public relations with real estate business market

Mental agility with ability to focus on key issues quickly and incisively.

Strong judgment and strategic thinking.

Understanding of all facets of the construction process.

Proven working experience in construction management.

Duties and Responsibilities
-
Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
-
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
-
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
-
Coordinate and direct construction workers and contractors.
-
Devise mechanisms for cost control of the sites.
-
Keeping strict vigil over construction progress for timely completion of construction.
-
Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
-
Meet contractual conditions of performance.
-
Review the work progress on daily basis.
-
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
-
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.

Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
-
Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
-
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
-
Preparing annual forecasts, budget, Strategy and Policy Guidelines.
-
Guide Project Managers/ Site In-charges to complete project in time.
-
Other duties assigned by Chairman / Executive Director as & when required.
