Job Description

Job Profile/Objective:

• To maintain 'Zero Tolerance' compliance environment inside the company by ensuring strict and meticulous adherence of various statutes, Directives, Guidelines and Circulars issued by various Regulatory bodies, including those of SEBON, NRB & OCR, in the course of Company's day to day operations
• To escalate various statutory and regulatory provisions governing and impacting the conduct/business of the Company to the top management from time to time.
• To build a good rapport with various regulatory agencies, liaise with them, conduct meeting with various inside and outside agencies as per the need.
• To ensure timely submission of various statutory and regulatory reports
• To handle overall compliance functions in the Company os a single point relation.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age not exceeding 40 years.
• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Commercial Low or o Chartered Accountant.
• At least 5 years' work experience as a compliance officer in a company or organization related to capital market/merchant banking/securities business or of least 3 years of work experience os officer at Regulatory Bodies pertaining to Capital Market/Merchant Banking.
