HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Nepal invites applications from Nepali citizens for the following positions in Reconstruction Skills project:
Position: Cluster Coordinator (3 positions)
Job purpose: Ensure efficient and effective implementation of training and reconstruction programme; coordinate with government agencies and development partners working in skills and reconstruction in the cluster; and take lead role on monitoring of the process and results accomplished through training and employment service providers and other contractual partners of Employment Fund, HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Nepal.
Reporting to: TEVT Coordinator
Required Education, Experience and Social Competency:
• Master degree in relevant field with at least 3 years of field level work experience in project implementation and/or monitoring especially in vocational trainings. Sensitivity towards issues related to gender, social equality and poverty alleviation.
