POST: Chief of Human Resource /Programme Development Division (CHR/PD) -1
Duties and Responsibilities: The incumbent is overall responsible to manage the functions of HR/PD Division. H/She is responsible for managing the training and capacity building aspects of the Fund Board to the SO, SA, Communities as well as the staff of Fund Board. This includes identification, solicitation, and recruitment of Service Agencies and consultants. H/She provides analysis of software as part of the TAC during scheme processing. S/he also oversees design and production of training and communications support initiatives and materials. Preparation of the Human Resource/Program Development Division related progress reports including work plan and budget. H/She will be responsible for reporting to DED and will be liable to him and through him to ED.
Academic Qualification: Masters degree in Social Science or Commerce or Management from a recognized University.
Work Experience: H/She must have at least 5 (five) years work experience relevant to the assignment of Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Programs or rural development including at least 2 (two) years work experience in projects with demand led participatory approaches including various trainings.
