Job Description

This position requires fluency in Nepali & English, both written and verbal. We encourage local people of Nepal to apply for this position

 

Main responsibility areas:

  1. Identify individual targets in coordination with immediate manager and perform work professionally with loyalty and integrity
  2. Maintain positive team spirit to ensure effective realization of targets focusing on the overall success of the company and satisfaction of the customers
  3. Understand and fully adhere to the company values and code of conduct & ethics and act as a role model and ambassador of the company. Ensure data/information security
  4. Perform any other reasonable duty assigned by the management
  5. Operation and maintenance , optimization and development of respective systems under Business Intelligence and Partnership Management and other applications as required by business
  6. Analysis and development/implementation of roaming and Interconnect related products, tariffs, delivery of campaigns, readiness of partner invoices, internal and business related reports/dashboards/data marts/data visualizations and provide technical support comprising of services, solutions and platforms considering risk and impacts, ensuring quality of service
  7. Maintain process for documentation of any activities done
  8. Develop data transformation processes, automating load processes and maintain
  9. Develop standard technical frameworks, solutions, document as is current architecture and processes
  10. Maintain and follow-up KPIs, meet SLAs defined for inter/intra department
  11. Timely reporting to managers
  12. Identify/analyze, Audit/Reconciliations items and ensure to close gaps in terms of security, products, systems and revenue for further enhancement of the systems
  13. Patches, Upgrade and Health checkups /Expansions (capacity planning) analysis by self or by coordinating with Vendor, Partners (plan/execute/support)
  14. Maintain positive relationship with inter/intra department/unit and partners/vendors and think from customer’s perspective and influence/help other team members to resolve the issue
  15. Analyze, enhance and maintain corporate reporting solutions utilizing RDBMS Db (Oracle) & utilize SQL scripts
  16. Analyze current data and then optimize it for large data volumes/loads and data migration

 

Your qualification and experience:

  1. Bachelor’s in Engineering
  2. Minimum 2 years experience with specialization in similar field

     

Your Profile:

  1. Experience of running large and complex technology projects
  2. Experience in roaming and interconnect processes/standards, data analysis, data reconciliation, reporting and underline services management area within Business Intelligence, Mediation and Partner Management System
  3. Excellent IT and network knowledge
  4. Excellent knowledge of billing processes/standards
  5. Excellent understanding of Telecom processes/protocols/standards
  6. Knowledge on UNIX-based OS or Windows Server platforms with an emphasis on how applications are deployed
  7. Expertise  and  experience in PL/SQL Development, debuging, tuning and optimization, oracle JDBC, oracle supplied packages and tools like PL/SQL Developer, SQLDeveloper, JavaDeveloper
  8. Programming skills – JAVA, C,C++, PHP
  9. Knowledge  in warehouse architecture, concepts and experience with high level data processing is an advantage
  10. Have developed  complex reports using prompting, multi-level grouping and aggregating, data analysis and data modeling
  11. Excellent knowledge of relevant industry standards
  12. Allocate and develop resources to handle complex technical and product issues ensuring quick TTM
  13. Shapes the business to strongly respond to customer and market needs; able to quickly adapt to change and solve issues/tasks in a rational, logical and analytical way quickly and correctly
  14. Optimizes execution. Set clear objectives
  15. Business acumen and customer focus mind set
  16. Manages complex environments and proactively responds to issues in an innovative yet structured approach
