• At least BBS/ BBA or equivalent from the recognized university
• At least worked as branch manager for 3 years in BFIs
• Should be outgoing and capable to meet target
• Should be able to fluently speak In Nepali and English
• Should have pleasing and smart personality
• Willing to meet challenges and run extra miles is a must
