• Should have business development skills, expansion of agency networks with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent selling capability and an ability as well as desire to coach selling techniques to the team.
• Preference will be given to those with experience in Lrie Insurance Industry.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree or Masters degree in Marketing will be added advantage.
