Education/Experience/Language requirements
Education
University (Bachelor's) Degree in Civil Engineering.
Engineering diploma from a recognized institute.
Postgraduate education in building construction & management will be an advantage.
Work Experience
A minimum of two years of progressive experience in building construction, building construction management, site supervision with focus on progress and quality controlling of building construction, monitoring, reporting, development and coordination in either public or private sector organizations.
Engineering diploma from a recognized institute with four years similar experience will substitute the university degree.
Candidates with experience working on International /local projects in conflict/disaster prone areas will be preferred.
Experience in contracting and/or consulting environment is also an advantage.

Excellent written and oral command of English and Nepali languages;
