Minimum 4 years of Banking experience for Master's degree or 5 years experience for Bachelor's degree or 1 year experience for chartered accountant and at least current working position in officer level.
Good communication, sound computer knowledge, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to lead department & branch team smoothly.
