Job Description

  • Planing,Budgeting & Supervision of Sales & Marketing Activity
  • Plan and prepare annual Sales Plan
  • Monitor and counter the activity of competitors
  • Hold monthly, quaterly, half yearly and annual meeting of Sales & marketing staff
  • Appoint Distributor and Sales Staff
  • Coordinate with the Channel of Distribution and the Sales & Marketing team
  • Prepare and monitor all Sales  activity like monthly scheme, seasonal Scheme and annual scheme are per the market demand
  • Responsibility for organizing advertising campaigns,  organizing promotional events & discovering new sales opportunities

  • Should have knowledge and understanding of business development and sales activities
  • Ability to work independently & mananging all priorities
  • Excellent Sales and Negotiation Skills
