Handle overall business activities of the organization
Assign duties and responsibilities and monitor the corresponding performance of each and every departments
Develop overall budget for the organization and the plan of action to accomplish that budget
Develop local and regional network to increase the product sale.
Work within the limit of authority delegated by the BOD.
Conduct Board meeting on schedule basis and update BOD regarding the progress, achievement
Propose sales target in numbers and get it approved from BOD on annual basis. Update regarding the achieved budget and shortfall achievement in each Board meeting.
Handle all the legal and financial activities of the organization.
Complete the annual auditing process on time in leu with the auditor. Also update the legal aspect of the organization in leu of Legal advisor.
Handle all the HR related issue
