Job Description

  • Making entries of cash and bank transactions electronically
  • Preparing of daily cash & bank transaction report in prescribed format
  • Making entries of sales and purchase of goods
  • Making entries in purchase and sales register
  • Preparing of reconciliation of bank accounts on a monthly basis
  • Filing and documenting of all the vouchers and invoices
  • Preparing landed cost of raw-materials and report to Directors with comparisons
  • Preparing of MS Office and Accounting Software generated reports as required
  • Preparing of credit & debit notes along with supporting documentation
  • Calculating and filing of VAT, excise and TDS vouchers
  • Entering of all Bank related advices

Job Specification

  • At least one year of experience in the account or finance department of a trading and/or manufacturing company
  • Should have experience in data entry and producing reports through accounting software (Swastik)
  • Should have reasonable knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Should have reasonable knowledge of tax, VAT and banking transaction
  • Should be proficient in calculating interest on loan 
  • Should be able to use accounting software (Swastik)
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, Internet, & Email
  • Should be good in Nepali as well as English typing
