Job Description

Making entries of cash and bank transactions electronically
Preparing of daily cash & bank transaction report in prescribed format
Making entries of sales and purchase of goods
Making entries in purchase and sales register
Preparing of reconciliation of bank accounts on a monthly basis
Filing and documenting of all the vouchers and invoices
Preparing landed cost of raw-materials and report to Directors with comparisons
Preparing of MS Office and Accounting Software generated reports as required
Preparing of credit & debit notes along with supporting documentation
Calculating and filing of VAT, excise and TDS vouchers
Entering of all Bank related advices

Job Specification

At least one year of experience in the account or finance department of a trading and/or manufacturing company
Should have experience in data entry and producing reports through accounting software (Swastik)
Should have reasonable knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Should have reasonable knowledge of tax, VAT and banking transaction
Should be proficient in calculating interest on loan
Should be able to use accounting software (Swastik)
Sound knowledge of MS Office, Internet, & Email
Should be good in Nepali/English typing
