Job Description

  • Compile and analyze purchase information to prepare entries to accounts, such as journal, general ledger accounts and other business transactions
  • Overall management of office expenses, invoices and accounting documents
  • Prepare journal vouchers and make entry in the software by getting approval from the respective authority
  • Handling of Petty Cash and day to day accounting
  • Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records related to purchase
  • Handling and overall management of all transactions related to purchase
  • Prepare monthly purchase statement and issue cheques for party payment on timely basis
  • Prepare and submit monthly report to the Corporate Department
