Job Description
Oversee the entire warehousing operations of the Company
Ensure the safe receipt and storage of the inventory items in the Company’s Warehouse facilities as per the product’s requirement and Company guidelines
Ensure all the Inventory and Sales records are appropriately maintained at all times and dispatched to Head Office on a daily basis
Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as instructed by Company Management
Monitoring inventory levels at all times and ensure re-ordering is done in a timely manner
Communicating and coordinating with the Sales Team and ensuring orders are dispatched in a timely manner as per Company guidelines
Responding to and dealing with customer queries if required by telephone, email and fax
Communicating and coordinating with the Accounts/Finance team as and when required to update any records necessary
Communicating with the Company Management any issues that come up in the Warehousing function and provide solutions to resolve the issues
Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements as per product requirement
Ensure the work environment is safe, clean and secure at all times
Oversee the planned maintenance of the Company’s vehicles, machinery and equipment’s
Training the support staff and monitoring their performance and progress
Other duties considered reasonable in line with the position and in the normal course of business
Job Specification
7 or more years of relevant work experience in a reputed company
Experience in handling dairy products and familiarity with cold storage operations will be given preference
Preference will be given to candidates with good computing and systems knowledge
Must be energetic, resourceful, willing to learn and participate in company affairs, and be a strong team player
Should have good interpersonal and communication skills
Must be proficient in the use of English and Nepali language – both spoken and written
Should have a valid driver’s license and be able to ride a motorcycle
