Job Description

  • Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Head of Departments (HOD) and human resources department
  • Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
  • Designing and expanding training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs
  • Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budget.
  • Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant departments in an organization.
  • Producing training materials for in-house courses.
  • Conducting a training by Internal Resource Person as well as by External Resource Person (if necessary).
  • Managing the delivery of training and development programs and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization.
  • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
  • Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met.
  • Evaluating training and development programs by taking feedback from trainees
  • Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
  • Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses.
  • Recording and maintaining the personal files of employees in hard copy, recording/ updating employee dossier in hard copy as well as in soft copy.
  • Vacancy announcement through HR Consultancies and Collecting C.Vs from them.
  • Recording the CVs, files of Job Applicants and recording the interview schedule for job applicants.
  • Phone call for job applicants to inform about job interview.
  • Taking interview with job applicants.
  • Keeping daily leave record of all the staffs of Sujal Foods, Jaya Confectionery, Sujal Dairy (Unit A, Unit B & Unit D), Head office, Sales and Marketing department.
  • Assist/ complete the task given by Seniors.

Skills Required

Job Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from recognized University or preference given to Master’s degree.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in core field of HR/ Admin Department in executive level or 4 years of experience in other related field of HR/ Admin Department.

3. Work experience in the field of Staff Training & development is a plus point.
