This is an entry level role to provide helpdesk support to the end users of the members which include system setup/configuration, query handling, and provide training/awareness on different payment applications. He/she also monitor and performs the day to day activities to administer and operate the systems, applications, network and associated system. He/ she shall also support in testing, deployment and maintenance of the systems/applications.
At least University degree in Engineering/ Science, IT or related field with at least 1 year of experience in system implementation or operation. Experience in supporting critical systems will be an advantage. He/she is expected to have good knowledge of C, C++, JAVA, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, Oracle, Unix, Windows, etc. However outstanding fresh graduate with good knowledge of payment systems and customer support can also apply.
