Job Description

  • Ensure high quality of work and care for customer’s safety to improve CSI
  • Improve workshop productivity and efficiency
  • Improve CSI, RDI or any other customer satisfaction related scores
  • Communicate customer satisfaction service standards to all team members and work accordingly
  • Resolve customer complaints and build loyal clientele for the company
  • Monitor and take correction actions based on the workshop performance report
  • Initiate  safety and security procedures that results in a safe and attractive work environment
  • Control workshop process effectively, ensure workshop work is completed on time
  • Ensure First time right (FTR) in the workshop
  • Maintain service equipment in effective and safe working condition
  • Work as per Service SOP

 

Job Specification
