Bachelor/Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical/AC & Ret) with minimum 7-10 years work experience in Air Conditioning & refrigeration or related field. Provide-maintenance program oversight (preventative maintenance programs, repairs, spare parts program etc.) Resolves issues and problems, ensures timely completion and provides accurate reports and updates for timely billing. Attracts, develops, and retains a high performing team to meet the current and evolving needs of the organization through effective selection, training and development, coaching and mentoring and performance management.
