: Assisting the Accounts and Finance Manager in managing the accounting and finance procedures to prepare the financial reports on time.
1. To receive and record all invoices from the vendors and employees.
2. Maintain the vouchers and file them serial wise.
3. To record and maintain the Journal entries.
4. Provide support to the accounts and finance department as and when required.
5. Check the voucher filling for any discrepancy.
Provide the voucher to the employee if required with entry in the register.
Academic/ professional qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Commerce or related field
Other relevant professional qualifications in line with areas of specialisation
Experience
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience and/or special relevant expertise
Knowledge of Tally/FACT accounting software
Skills and competences:
Strong in interpersonal skills
Good spoken and written English and Nepali
Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel and a working knowledge of email and internet systems
