Job Description

Responsible for providing advice and support with socio-economic surveys, technical support in developing livelihood-based programs, documents and proposal requirements. The position will work closely with the senior staff of HN and its partners to provide inputs for delivery of socio-economic component of all our projects. S/he will have to travel to field sites as required.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Sociology, Economics or related discipline. Proven records of working in development and livelihood-based projects with preferably in I/NG0s. Minimum 5 years of experience, previous experience in conservation related projects is preferred. This position requires the ability to operate at the very highest level with a team in multi-cultural environment, strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task, keep record of priorities and possessing strong inter-personal skills. Candidate should have excellent written and spoken English with proven report writing and case analysis ability. Willing to spend time in the field sites as required.
