Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Associate

We are starting a new business unit to serve our SBIR grant recipient clients based in the US. This is a compliance-based role which will be Accounting heavy with some exposure to legal work. This will also be research and reading heavy work with frequent communication in English with our clients in the US. You will also need to be ready to join in on client calls in US time when needed. Since this is a new unit, growth opportunity for early hires (you) will be tremendous as you will be tasked with training and leading new hires as we expand our team.

Job Description:

• Must be very good at accounting, with law (optional) background
• Do heavy reading on SBIR guidelines for grantees
• Communicate and manage documentation for our client/s
• Manage books for our client/s
• Salary: NPR 20,000 – 40,000 depending on your experience and accounting + law degree/work background
• Work Days: Monday – Friday
• Work Hours: 9:00 AM -  6:00 PM

Job Specification

• Undergraduate degree or above (back papers are ok) in Business related subjects with exposure to Accounting; law background is an additional bonus
• Excellent listening, spoken and written skills in English language
• Bonus: Familiar with QuickBooks
