Learning and Development (Senior Officer/Assistant Manager) This position is expected to devise organizational learning and development strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. The candidate is responsible to actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance and recognize performance of employees in the bank.

NIC Asia Bank is one of the largest private sector commercial banks in the country in terms of capital base, balance-sheet size, number of branches, ATM network and customer base. The Bank has 53 branches at present, which will be expanded to 66 branches within July 2014 with the relocation of 13 branches, which were merged together during the merger process.
