Young people share a restless determination to address the problems that affect them the most. That’s where we come in. At Restless Development, we’re proud to be the banner carrier for youth-led development, demonstrating from the grassroots to the global policy levels that young people can and must play a lead role in development. As a result, Restless Development is repeatedly cited as a model of best practice in youth-led development by the World Bank, the UK Department for International Development (DFID), UNICEF, UNAIDS and others.
In Nepal, Restless Development has been working in the youth and adolescents development sector for more than 25 years. It is the recipient of several international and national awards. It works in formal partnership with Ministry of Youth and Sports and in over 35 districts across the country. We are implementing nine different projects targeting sexual rights, leadership or livelihood issues with the aim to include young people as part of the solution of the persistent problems facing the world.
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, with high sense of integrity person to join the M&E unit. The Senior Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Officer will work with us doing project quality control, evaluations and research work.
