Job Description

  • Prospect and drive lead generation process through an opportunity pipeline management approach of customer acquisition and CRM with an independent set of medium to large size commercial and industrial accounts for lubricants.
  • Work closely with other divisions to identify opportunities to cross sell lubricants into existing customers. You will need to educate other divisions as part of this process
  • Work closely with chosen oil and lubricant suppliers to develop a strong understanding of key product differentials, technical capability and marketing initiatives.
  • Support the major tenders team where required for large mining, commercial and industrial tenders for Lubricants.
  • Manage key accounts to deliver volume, margin, cost and  targets.
  • Quality Management system compliance

Job Specification

  • Significant experience in a Sales or Business Development position
  • Large Key Account Management experience
  • Technical understanding of lubricants or lubrication systems is desirable
  • Demonstrated success in a commercial sales position within lubricants would be favourable
  • Network on mine sites across WA
  • Ability to identify and quantify value enhancing opportunities
