JOB TITLE: SALES MANAGER
Developing new business plans and sales strategy
Develop strategy for business growth through customer relationship management, understanding their opportunities and challenges.
Review performance data with customers to influence buying and advertising decisions.
Maintain brand and product knowledge through formal and informal product training, review of products and competitive intelligence
Analyse issues in order to provide guidelines and approaches to the team
Communicate with different stakeholders to identify specific reporting needs and delivery
Manage schedule and handle administrative tasks with support from Sales team.
Job Specification
Masters Degree is preferred
Minimum 5+ years of experience in related field
Previous experience in managing/delivering sales
Strong communication skills - both orally, in writing, and via presentation
Ability to manage budgets gather and analyze data, gain management consensus and implement action plans
Ability to quickly identify business issues/challenges and troubleshoot to deliver desired results
Proficient with all MS Office Applications
