Responsible for: Greeting Vendors, job applicants and other visitors. Arrange for transportation services when needed. Direct Visitors by maintaining employee and department directories. May operate a switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitor’s badges.
Job Responsibilities + Tasks
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the concerned department.
- Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filling systems for all visitors.
- Take and pass on messages to concerned departments.
- Deal with complaints or problems of candidates.
- Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails.

- + 2 passed and Graduate in any Stream. Aged between 22 – 30 years.
