Responsible for: Greeting Vendors, job applicants and other visitors. Arrange for transportation services when needed. Direct Visitors by maintaining employee and department directories. May operate a switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitor’s badges.
Job Responsibilities + Tasks
Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the concerned department.
Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filling systems for all visitors.
Take and pass on messages to concerned departments.
Deal with complaints or problems of candidates.
Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records.
Handle incoming and outgoing mails.

Educational Requirement:-
+ 2 passed and Graduate in any Stream. Aged between 22 – 30 years.
Height Should be min 5.3” with a pleasing personality.
Applicants must have hands on experience with computers.
Should have minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.
