Quality assurance (QA) is a way of preventing mistakes or defects in manufactured products and avoiding problems when delivering solutions or services to customers; which ISO 9000 defines as "part of quality management focused on providing confidence that quality requirements will be fulfilled"

Job Specification

• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a business analyst or equivalent.
• Understand the business requirements and business flows and translate them into software requirements/specifications, user stories, and development tasks accordingly to quality assurance methodologies.
• Preparing technical documentation on Application, Architecture, Interfaces, User Manuals etc as per the defined process.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, developers and other stakeholders for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of products/projects.
• Ability to maintain a strong, positive and can-do attitude.
• The concept of manual as well as automated software testing.
• Knowledge of Software testing tools will be an added advantage.
• Assist Product Owner with Backlog grooming, user story development, and prioritization.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Scrum Meetings and other agile activities.
• Analyze existing business process and identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Experience capturing and managing business requirements.
• Responsible for Leading and directing the QA leadership team.
• Ability to maintain a strong, positive and can-do attitude.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Test script/plan preparation and execute.
• Stress or Load testing.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
