CWISH is a non-profit Human Rights Organization working to uphold the rights of children youth and women for more than two decades in Nepal. Its operation in the grassroots level are for complementary services & capacity buildings of different communities and collaborating with different stakeholders for advocacy and institutional development. In this context, CWISH is urgently looking for the following positions for the effective implementation of several projects for protecting and promoting the rights of children in Nepal. Minimum Qualifications
1. At least Bachelor Degree in Sociology / Social Work / Development Studies or relevant area
2. Minimum 2 years of experience working in non-government organizations
3. Must be Fluent in English and Nepali (written and spoken)
4. Sound and proven knowledge in project cycle management, results based management, logical framework, project documentation
5. Sound knowledge in computer in handling all the office packages.
6. Must possess two wheeler driving license.
Major Responsibilities
1. Prepare Project Implementation plan, periodic plan of action, Ensure timely implementation of the projects and track the achievements in the program district.
2. Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the program in operation and report them to the program management.
3. Track the accomplishment of the field activities and report them to the program management with necessary feedback.
4. Coordinate among all the government and other stakeholders and create synergy in the program.
5. Represent and communicate the voice of CWISH in the district and ground level
6. Prepare Monthly, Periodic, Quarterly and Annual Reports
Children and Women in Social Service and Human Rights (CWISH, Nepal) is a civil society organization contributing for dignified and happy life of children by enabling the respectful environment towards human rights (special focus on child rights) through interventions, advocacy and campaigns since its establishment in 1993. It is one of the pioneer child rights organizations working for child domestic workers' rights and continuously contributing as a facilitator to complement the gap of government in delivering the necessary service for the vulnerable children and their family. Similarly, we are advocating for the better policy provisions and their proper implementation for child protection, child friendly quality education and necessary support for the marginalized families where children are facing the risk of survival, protection, development, and participation.
