If your passion is to coach people grow to become future leaders, then this role is for you. You will be leading, mentoring and guiding 20-25 Cloud worker teams. Each team has 5-8 team members, CloudWorkers as we call them, who come from different backgrounds. You will be the teacher, mentor for them and also be the face of CloudFactory to hundreds of people.

You will also be the point person for teams at CloudFactory, helping workers to find answers and excel in their role to serve the clients.

Bachelor's degree but will not be restricted to apply for this role based on the major you took in college.
1-2 years experience managing people, that is a bonus, but we encourage fresh graduates to apply too as long as you have the passion for people and technology.
