Must have strong factory management background in brewery industry/FMCG.
Demonstrated examples of good team work, strong reporting, managerial, communicatioand presentation skill.
Must be analytical and excellent interpersonal skill with the strong multitasking.
Analyzing production data and making strategic recommendations to decision makers.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
A good skill of delegating machine operation, quality control, and maintenance tasks to factory employees.
Maintaining a content and motivated workforce through interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
Oversee the overall management of the brewery.

Tensberg Lager Beer is mild beer which contains 5.5% v/v alcohol and Tensberg Strong Beer contains 7.5% v/v which is extra strong beer. Tensberg beer has superb hop profile combining aromatic and bitter taste. During brewing process, hops are added twice at the beginning and at the end for giving the tarty taste. It has malty aroma and toasted character in flavor.
London Ice Premium Strong beer contains 6.5% v/v alcohol. It is skillfully brewed with a unique blend of hops and barley to produce well-balanced, exotic and flavorful with smoothness. It contains a toasted malt flavor that is subtle enough to not overpower the taste of the hops.
Nepal Tiger Strong beer contains 6.5% v/v alcohol which is slight hoppy bitterness and a high alcohol content and Nepal Tiger Lager beer contains 4.5% v/v alcohol which is a mild beer. It is brewed with a unique blend of hops and barley to produce well-balanced, exotic, flavorful & smooth beer. It has superb hop profile combining aromatic and bitter taste.
