Job Description

Responsible for the debt financing of the project (document, preparation & maintain relationship with banks).
Financial Analysis of the upcoming projects (NPV, IRR, ROE, B/C Ratio, Payback Period, etc.).
Manage to carry out the different works related to the IPO of Companies.
Prepare Investment agreement & Shareholder agreement.
Analyze the audited financial report of Companies.
