Job Title: Officer Recruitment & Training HR (Job Grade —Jr.Officer to Officer:2)

Minimum Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in management or equivalent Degree from recognized University with minimum 2" division,
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in relevant area of Banks and Financial Institutions in HR Department with focus on capacity building.
  • Age not exceeding 35 years in case of male and 40 years in case of female, as of 22nd March,2018.
  • Computer literate of Office Applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
