Marketing Executive

Job Description

• Be a member of a sales/marketing force, conduit for relationship between external customers and the company
• To support and/or liaise between leadership and external customers
• Understand and seek prospects and covert them to customers
• Correspond via channels, including marketing outreach to customers’ business locations (in any language necessary), and enroll prospects for company’s service products.
• Researching organizations and/or individuals at decision level to identify new leads and potential new markets.
• Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Utlizing/Attending Networking events, fairs, conferences, meetings, and industry events for potential lead generation.

Job Specification

• Generate lead, follow-up and rope in customers on behalf of the company.
• Implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.
• Understanding the product and customer profile and act accordingly.
• Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
• Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion.
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders , prospects, potential customers.
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
• Maintaining and updating customer databases.
• Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
• Intimating received feedback to the line authority or as required.
• Monitoring competitor activity.
• Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
