Job Description

• Manage Projects from conception to completion.
• Providing telecom Support & extending communication facilities through planning, commissioning, operations & maintenance of RF technology, Outdoor Wireless and WIFI.
• Experience of interpreting specifications and preparing RFP, RFI, RFQ, BOM, BOQ.
• Manage in Planning and designing of Wireless networks.
• Ability to multi-task in a demanding engineering environment.
• Manage Installation & Configuration activities in co-ordination with the Client and Regional Teams.
• Overseeing the maintenance of projects after completion.
• Resolving technical issues and coming up with fast efficient.
• Carrying out effective client liaison for all projects undertaken.
• In-house desktop client’s administration.
• Designing, Preparing tender compliance & BOM, Installations, Configurations of Wireless Links.
• Site Readiness Surveys, Designing of RF, Fiber Links and CCTV Survivalance Projects.
• Day to Day resolving technical issues pertaining to ILL & IBB Clients.
• Project Meetings with clients.
• Design of Fiber to Home networks
• Helping clients with regards to technical issues with our widgets and updating them with new widgets.
• Preparation of Wireless design, BOM, BOQ. RFP, RFQ.
• Conducting  the Site Survey.
• Generate Link Engineering Report.
• Manage Installation and Commissioning activities.
• Communicating customer needs to our engineering staff.
• TAC support for channel partners all over India for WIFI, Outdoor Wireless and GPS Trackers.
• Generated repeat business through successful client follow-up.
• Responsible for training of New accounts (Clients/Channel Partners).
• Provided support to the sales team, ensuring all sales and service objectives were met.
• Allocating the technical manpower resources for various projects in consultation with regional heads.
• Scheduling and coordinating New project implementations.
• Interaction with subcontractors/vendors for smooth implementation of the projects.
