Detailed Job Description/Requirements:


Department : Production (Brewery)

Reportinging Line : Head of Department

Main Responsibilities :

  • Ensure the timely availability of utilities for production, processing and packaging activities.
  • Prepare and submit periodic utility production, supply and related reports in prescribed format.
  • Maintenance of all the plants/equipment according to charts and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Assigning jobs to workers/operators for the daily maintenance work and to supervise their work.
  • Support equipment operators in their maintenance activities.
  • Maintain job cards for each machines and plants and prepare monthly consumption of spare parts and others.
  • Undertake activities related to maintenance and utility as assigned by HOD. 


Educational requirements : Bachelor's / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 

Experience : Minimum 3 years of exposure in cooling & utility plant in an industrial setup. Experience in Ammonia/ glycol cooling plant would be an added qualification.
