Job Description:

Branch Manager/Operation Incharge/Assistant Relationship Manager:(Job Grade - Jr. Officer: 20, Officer:5 & Sr. Officer: 5)

Minimum Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in management or equivalent Degree from recognized University with minimum 2nd division. Preference shall be given management graduate and equivalent,
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in related area as per the job title(for BM credit/sales, operations and overall banking knowledge, for operations area and for ARM credit/sales areas) in Banks and Financial Institutions
  • Age not exceeding 35 years in case of male and 40 years in case of female, as of 22nd March,2018.
  • Computer literate of Office Applications,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English,
  • Fully acquainted with overall credit /sales and operational function of a Bank and ability to lead the branch team, manage the branch business, overall branch operations and impeccably carry the Bank's Brand and effectively act as Bank's brand representative.
