Job Description

Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
Outlook configurations and support. (Office 2010 and 2013)
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
Troubleshooting wireless issues
Communicating with third party technical specialists if required
Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software
Maintaining up to date antivirus on all machines of user
Performing regular maintenance of electronic equipment such as Plotter, printer, scanner etc.
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
Installing and implementing security programs
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
Providing telephone and desktop support
