Accountable for the local market, competition and consumer analysis that help to determine marketing strategy.
Hiring the marketing staff and provide the effective training to them.
Purpose, analyze, and summarize consumer and market research to drive insights.
Develop accurate projects priorities, schedules and execution of marketing campaigns.
Develop compelling, relevant strategic input documents and creative briefs for creative development.
Work closely with key members of the marketing teams and markeitng performance analytics teams to recognize areas of growth and improvement.
Guide the marketing team with focus group strategy, planning and execution.
Ensure client satisfaction through regular interactions, follow-ups and troubleshooting potential issues.
Develop marketing strategy to obtain the company objectives.
Coordinate with Human Resource Department for promotions, rewards, trainings & developments, transfer and termination of Sales Executives and Marketing Executives as per their performances.
Monitor and report in effectiveness of marketing communications.
Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate invest funds wisely.
