Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resource Department in Commercial bank with focus on capacity building. Candidate must presently be working at the same or one level below (minimum one year experience in one position below) the position applying for. Preference will be given to candidate having specialization in Human Resource Management.
Candidates applying for all positions must have minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Management from recognized university.
Candidates must have working knowledge of MS Office applications and must be fluent in English and Nepali (written and spoken).
Preference will be given to candidates with lower age and higher experience in related field.
Preference will be given to suitable local candidates or the candidates from the surrounding areas of the branches.
